NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Vista YeVonne Martin, Petitioner herein, has filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, her Verified Petition for Change of Name, Case No. CV-2026-115, requesting that her name be changed from Vista YeVonne Martin to Vista YeVonne Schwamb.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said Petition has been set for hearing before the Honorable Sean K. Hill, Judge of the District Court of Garfield County, on the 7th day of October, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the courtroom of said Judge, Garfield County Courthouse, 114 W. Broadway Ave., Enid, Oklahoma 73701.

Any person may file a written protest in this case with the Court Clerk of Garfield County prior to the date set for hearing.
