Sandra O. Schapansky, Personal Representative of the Estate of DeWayne A. Schapansky, deceased, having filed in this Court her final account of the administration of said estate and her petition for distribution of said estate and for final discharge of said Personal Representative;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the hearing on said final account be and the same is hereby set on the 8th day of October 2026, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M., in the District Courtroom of the Garfield County Courthouse, 114 W. Broadway, Enid, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be settled and allowed, and said estate distributed and the Personal Representative discharged.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice thereof be given by publication and by mailing a copy of this Order and Notice to all of the heirs, devisees and legatees at law of the deceased, as required by law.
