NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the ESTATE OF RUSSELL EUGENE DUPUS, deceased, that on the 9th day of September, 2026, DEREK DUPUS filed in said Court a Petition praying that Letters of Administration issue thereon to DEREK DUPUS as Personal Representative, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees, and legatees of said decedent pursuant to 58 Oklahoma Statutes Section 240.

Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 9th day of September, 2026, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 24th day of September, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M., the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.

You, and each of you, are hereby notified that you have been sued by the Plaintiff above named, in the above entitled Court, and you must answer the Petition of the Plaintiff on the in the above styled and numbered cause on or before the 23rd day of October, 2026, or judgment will be rendered against the interest of each, or any, of you in and to the following described real property, and your interest therein will be foreclosed, situated in Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

LOUISE FROESE A/K/A LOUISE M. FROESE: an undivided One-Half (1/2) fee simple interest, tenancy in common;
