NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that STEPHEN M. SHARUM, Personal Representative of the estate of LEE ROY WHITMER, III, deceased (“Petitioner”) has filed in the above court and cause, showing that the estate is ready for final settlement, and petitioning that the residue of the estate be distributed to the persons thereunto entitled thereto, and that the 8th day of September, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the District Courtroom, in Enid, in Garfield County, Oklahoma, has been fixed as the time and place for hearing thereof, when any person interested in the estate may appear and contest the same as provided by law. A copy of said Petition is being mailed to all heirs, devisees and legatees known to Petitioner with this Notice.

Lisa Savage, having presented for settlement and filed in this Court her Final Account of the administration of the Estate of Loretta Carol Hook, Deceased, and having filed with her account a Petition for Distribution of the Estate of Loretta Carol Hook, Deceased, and Discharge as Personal Representative.

NOTICE is hereby given that at 9:00 A.M. on the 25th day of August, 2026, in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said hearing date, in the County Courthouse in the City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, has been duly fixed and appointed by the Court for the hearing thereon, at which time and place any person interested may appear, and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be approved, the heirs of said Decedent should not be determined, the distribution of said Estate should not be made as prayed for, and said Lisa Savage discharged as Personal Representative.
