Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of STANLEY N. JENKINS, Deceased, that on the 7th day of August 2026 Jerome Jenkins, filed a Petition requesting that Letters of Administration be granted to Jerome Jenkins, that Jerome Jenkins be appointed Personal Representative, and that the heirs of said decedent be judicially determined.

Said Petition will be heard before the District Court in the Garfield County Courthouse, in Enid, Oklahoma, on the 27th day of August 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.

The heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns, and the successors and unknown successors, of MARY ALICE WATSON, deceased [collectively hereafter the “UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR DEFENDANTS”]

GREETINGS:

The UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR DEFENDANTS, and each of them, are hereby notified that they have been sued in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, in the above styled and numbered cause, by the above named Plaintiffs, in which action Plaintiffs have filed their Petition praying for judgment against the UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR DEFENDANTS, and each of them, determining that Plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple and are in possession of the following described real property situated in Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E/2 SE/4) of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Eight (8) W.I.M., except an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the oil, gas and other minerals therein and thereunder;

and

The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W/2 NW/4) of Section Nine (9), Township Twenty (20) North, Range Eight (8) W.I.M., except an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the oil, gas and other minerals therein and thereunder;

and

an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the oil, gas and other minerals in and to the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Eight (8) W.I.M.

[hereafter all three above collectively the “Property”]

and for further judgment determining that the UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR DEFENDANTS and each of them, as set out in the caption of this case have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment, or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to the Property, and cancelling and removing the purported claims of said UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR DEFENDANTS as clouds upon the Plaintiffs’ title thereto, and quieting and confirming the Plaintiffs’ title in and to the Property.

You, UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR DEFENDANTS, and each of you, must file an Answer to the Petition of the Plaintiffs herein with the Garfield County Court Clerk on or before the 28th day of September, 2026 or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered against you UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR DEFENDANTS and each of you, as prayed for in said Petition, and as set forth in this notice.
