NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of Ricky Lee Roggow, deceased, that on the 12th day of August, 2026, Allison Roggow filed in said Court a Petition praying that Letters of Administration issue thereon to Allison Roggow as Personal Representative, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent pursuant to 58 Oklahoma Statutes Section 240.
Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 12th day of August, 2026, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 27th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M., the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.

You are hereby notified that on the 4th day of November, 2025, Florian Kelkena and Keson Helkena filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition seeking appointment of a guardian for the above-named minor child. The Petition alleges that the proposed ward is in need of a guardian to assist with personal and/or financial matters due to inability of the biological parents to care for the child.
A hearing on the Petition will be held before the Honorable Sean Hill, Judge of the District Court, Garfield County Courthouse, located at 114 W. Broadway, in Enid, Oklahoma, on the 6th day of October, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

GREETINGS:
YOU, and each of you, are hereby notified that you have been sued by the Plaintiff who filed his Amended Petition against you in the above styled cause of action in which said Plaintiff alleges that he and the Defendants are the owners of the following described real property, to-wit:
The Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 17, Township 22 North, Range 4 West of the Indian Meridian, in Garfield County, State of Oklahoma; and,
The Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 28, Township 23 North, Range 4 West of the Indian Meridian, in Garfield County, State of Oklahoma; and,
The Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section 32, Township 22 North, Range 4 West of the Indian Meridian, in Garfield County, State of Oklahoma;
with the Plaintiff and the Defendants named therein owning the surface of the above described real property in the proportions set forth in said Amended Petition.
Said Amended Petition prays that a Judgment be entered by the Court that confirms and quiets the title of the Plaintiff and the Defendants in and to the above described real property as set forth in said Amended Petition and appoints three (3) commissioners to make partition of the subject real property into the requisite number of shares, or in the alternative, to value and appraise said real property for sale according to law in the event said commissioners determine a partition in kind thereof cannot be made without manifest injury, with the costs, attorney fees and expenses of this action being apportioned among owners of said real property according to their respective undivided interests therein; in addition to other relief as prayed for in said Amended Petition.
YOU, and each of you, are hereby further notified that you must answer said Amended Petition on or before the 28th day of September, 2026, or the allegations contained therein will be taken as true and judgment will be entered against you with a decree directing said partition, as hereinabove set forth, all in accordance with the prayer of said Amended Petition.
