AND NOTICE OF HEARING

TO: All persons interested in the Estate of RICHARD M. FREDERICK, Deceased

You are hereby notified that on the 24th day of July 2026, the Petitioner, MICHAEL R. FREDERICK, whose address is PO Box 1576, Newport, Washington 99156, filed in the District Court of Garfield County, a PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE. The Petitioner has alleged that RICHARD M. FREDERICK, at the age of 92 years, died on July 16, 2023, domiciled in and residing in Pend Oreille County, State of Washington, and that the probable value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is in excess of $10,000. The Petitioner has alleged that the Decedent died testate and has asked that this Court distribute the Decedent’s estate in accordance with the Decedent’s Will.

In an ORDER FOR COMBINED NOTICE entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE and the FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY IN THE ESTATE.

Pursuant to the ORDER FOR COMBINED NOTICE, all creditors having claims against RICHARD M. FREDERICK, Deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, MICHAEL R. FREDERICK, c/o his attorney, Edna Mae Holden, at GUNGOLL, JACKSON, BOX & DEVOLL, P.C., 323 West Broadway Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma 73701, on or before September 8, 2026, or the same will be forever barred.

Notice is hereby given that a final hearing will be held on September 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Garfield County Courthouse located at 114 West Broadway Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma, before the Honorable Sean K. Hill at the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, and the FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY of the Petitioner. The FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY will be filed herein on or before September 9, 2026.

You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE and the FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, Edna Mae Holden, of GUNGOLL, JACKSON, BOX & DEVOLL, P.C., 323 West Broadway Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma 73701, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.

If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
