PROBATE OF WILL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all heirs, legatees and devisees of Darlene Charles, Deceased (hereinafter called “decedent”), that on the 16th day of July, 2026, Clarene Maloy (hereinafter called “petitioner”) produced and filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the decedent, and also filed a Petition praying that the Will be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to Petitioner, that the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent be determined for purposes of filing waivers and consents as permitted by law, and that the Personal Representative be relieved from the duty of returning to the Court an inventory and appraisement of the estate of the decedents and posting a bond in this matter.
Pursuant to an Order of the Court, notice is hereby given that the 13th day of August, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition and proving the Will, at the Garfield County Courthouse, in Enid, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.

NICHOLAS, IV, as Personal Representative, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent pursuant to 58 Oklahoma Statutes Section 240.
Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 17th day of July 2026, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11th day of August 2026, the hour of 9:00 A.M., the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.
