NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23rd day of July, 2026, Justin Wheeler filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition praying for judicial determination of heirship, waiver of filing a General Inventory and Appraisement and all annual and final accountings herein, and that Letters of Administration issue to Justin Wheeler as Personal Representative upon the estate of Todd Wheeler, deceased.

And pursuant to an Order of said Court the 4th day of August, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock A. M., in the District Courthouse in the City of Enid, Garfield County Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, when and where any person interested in said estate may contest said petition as provided by law, or may assert their own right to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to Justin Wheeler.
