TO: All persons interested in the Estate of GERALD LEE JOHNSON, SR., a/k/a GERALD L. JOHNSON, SR., Deceased and the Estate of JUDY CATHLEEN JOHNSON, a/k/a JUDY JOHNSON, Deceased
You are hereby notified that on July 14, 2026, the Petitioner, Gerald Lee Johnson, Jr., whose address is 5702 NE 69th Street, Vancouver, WA 98661, filed in the District Court of Noble County, a PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE. The Petitioner has alleged that GERALD LEE JOHNSON, SR., at the age of 81 years, died on August 1, 2018, domiciled in and residing in Vancouver, Clark County, State of Washington, and that the probable value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is in excess of $10,000. The Petitioner has alleged that the Decedent died testate, leaving a Will bearing the date of May 16, 2016.
The Petitioner further alleges that JUDY CATHLEEN JOHNSON, at the age of 76 years, died on September 5, 2018, domiciled in and residing in Vancouver, Clark County, State of Washington, and that the probable value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is in excess of $10,000. The Petitioner has alleged that the Decedent died testate, leaving a Will bearing the date of May 16, 2016.
In an ORDER FOR COMBINED NOTICE entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE and the FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY in both estates.
Pursuant to the ORDER FOR COMBINED NOTICE, all creditors having claims against GERALD LEE JOHNSON, SR., a/k/a GERALD L. JOHNSON, SR., Deceased, and JUDY CATHLEEN JOHNSON a/k/a JUDY JOHNSON, Deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, Gerald Lee Johnson, Jr., c/o his attorney, Edna Mae Holden, at GUNGOLL, JACKSON, BOX & DEVOLL, P.C., 323 West Broadway Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma 73701, on or before August 19th, 2026, or the same will be forever barred.
Notice is hereby given that a final hearing will be held on August 31st, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Garfield County Courthouse located at 114 W Broadway Ave 2nd Floor, Enid, OK 73701, before the Honorable Sean K. Hill. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE and the FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY of the Petitioner. The FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY will be filed herein on or before August 11th, 2026.
You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE and the FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, Edna Mae Holden, of GUNGOLL, JACKSON, BOX & DEVOLL, P.C., 323 West Broadway Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma 73701, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.

You are hereby notified that on July 15, 2026, the Petitioner, Mark Folman Frederick, whose address is 1001 E. Chestnut Ave. Crestview, Florida 32539, filed in the District Court of Garfield County, a PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR. The Petitioner has alleged that HENRY EUGENE FREDERICK, JR., at the age of 66 years, died on January 18, 1995, domiciled in and residing in Santa Rosa Beach, Walton County, State of Oklahoma, and that the probable value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is in excess of $10,000. The Petitioner has alleged that the Decedent died intestate and has asked that this Court distribute the Decedent’s estate pursuant to the laws of intestate succession for the State of Oklahoma and other summary proceedings pursuant to OKLA. STAT. ANN. tit. 58, §245, et seq.
