NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of RICHARD DEAN SIMPSON, a/k/a RICHARD SIMPSON, a/k/a DICK SIMPSON Deceased, that on the 25th day of June 2026, CAROLYN SUE LaBRUE produced and filed in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing dated May 1, 2009, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, that she be appointed as Personal Representative, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to CAROLYN SUE LaBRUE, and that the Court enter its order waiving the necessity for filing of inventory.

You are hereby notified that on June 30, 2026, the Petitioner, Prosperity Bank, (address: 3333 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK 73112), filed in the District Court of Garfield County, a PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR, AND ADMISSION OF WILL TO PROBATE. The Petitioner has alleged that Harold O. Weise died on September 26, 2025, domiciled in and residing in DeWitt County, State of Texas, and that the total value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is $120,000.00. Attached to said petition is an authenticated copy of an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent. The Petitioner has asked that this Court admit the Will to probate and other summary proceeding pursuant to OKLA. STAT. ANN. TIT. 58, §245, et seq.
In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR, AND ADMISSION OF WILL TO PROBATE and the FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY.
Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Harold O Weise, Deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, Prosperity Bank, in care of its attorney, Dustin E.
