NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14th day of July, 2026, Dwight Freese and Janice Williams filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition praying for judicial determination of heirship and that Letters of Administration issue to Dwight Freese and Janice Williams as Co-Personal Representatives upon the estate of Roger Lynn Sharkey, deceased.

And pursuant to an Order of said Court the 28th day of July, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock A. M., in the District Courthouse in the City of Enid, Garfield County Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, when and where any person interested in said estate may contest said petition as provided by law, or may assert his own right to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to Dwight Freese and Janice Williams.
