Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Timothy Earl Simmons, Deceased; Timothy Jordan Simmons has filed a Petition requesting that the estate of Timothy Earl Simmons, Deceased, be probated in intestacy (Without a Will), and asking that Letters of Personal Representative be issue to Timothy Jordan Simmons as Personal Representative of the Estate, that a determination of heirs be made, and the filing of an inventory, the appointment of appraisers, and the filing and presentment of a formal annual and final accounting be waived.

Notice is hereby given that the 28th day of July, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the time for hearing said Petition appointing Personal Representative, and determining the items provided for herein at the District Court, in the Courthouse of GARFIELD County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.

NOTICE is hereby given that Grant Ehlen, Personal Representative of the Estate of Jack William Ehlen, Deceased, having filed in this Court her Final Account of the Administration of said Estate and Petition for Order Allowing same, Determination of Heirs, Distribution of Property and for Final Discharge of said Personal Representative, the Hearing of the same has been set by the Court for the 6th day of August, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m., at the courtroom of said District Court in the Garfield County Courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs of said Jack William Ehlen, Deceased, determined, said Estate distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.
