NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estates of Ray Gene Cinnamon, s/p/a Ray Cinnamon, and Libby Marie Cinnamon, s/p/a Libby Cinnamon, deceased, that on the 26th day of June, 2026, Jean Surface and Nita Pope filed in said Court a Petition praying that Letters of Administration issue thereon to Jean Surface and Nita Pope as Co-Personal Representatives, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedents pursuant to 58 Oklahoma Statutes Section 240.

Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 1st day of July, 2026, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 4th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M., the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.
