Schapansky, deceased, with a Petition praying that the Will be admitted to probate, that Sandra O. Schapansky, the person named as the Personal Representative in the Will, be appointed Personal Representative of the estate, that the Court enter an order waiving the filing of an inventory and appraisal, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to Sandra O. Schapansky.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That said Petition be and hereby is set for hearing on the 30th day of June, 2026 at 9:00 o’clock A.M., in the District Courtroom, Garfield County Courthouse 114 W. Broadway, Enid, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice thereof be given by publication and by mailing a copy of the Notice of Hearing Petition to all the heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent as required by law.

YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, by the above-named Plaintiffs, who in their Petition filed in the above-styled case alleges that they are the owners in fee simple of the following described real property, being situated in Garfield County, Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit:

Lot Thirty-seven (37), Block Three (3), Glenwood Addition to the City of Enid, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof,

and that you may claim some interest in or claim upon said real estate adverse to Plaintiffs, which in fact you do not possess; the object and prayer of Plaintiffs’ Petition being to have the Court distribute the above-described real property to Plaintiffs, as described in the Petition, free and clear of any and all right, title, claim, or interest you may assert to quiet and confirm Plaintiffs’ title as against you as described in the Petition, as to all of the described property, and for such other and further relief as the Court deems just and equitable in the premises.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that you must answer the Plaintiffs’ Petition filed in said cause on or before the 20th day of July, 2026, or said Petition will be taken as true and a decree quieting Plaintiffs’ title to the above described property will be entered forever barring you from asserting any interest in or to the Property.
