Notice is hereby given to the heirs, creditors, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, of Faye Ilene Holcomb, deceased, and all other persons interested in the Estate of Faye Ilene Holcomb, deceased or interested in the following described real properties:

a. Lot Thirteen (13), Block Four (4), in Wilson Park Addition to the City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. 325 E. Cottonwood, Enid, OK 73701.

b. Lot Five (5) and Six (6), Block Eleven (11), Highlawn Second Addition to the City of Enid, Garfield County, State of Oklahoma. 1418 N. 13th, Enid, OK 73701.

c. Lots Seven (7), Eight (8), and Nine (9), Block Eleven (11), High Lawn Second Section Addition to the City of Enid, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. 1330 N. 13th, Enid, OK 73701.

that Michaela Holcomb has filed a Petition in Garfield County requesting that the Court make a judicial determination of the death of Faye Ilene Holcomb wherein she died on August 14, 2013 and that pursuant to the terms of Faye Ilene Holcomb’s Last Will and Testament; Michaela Holcomb is the owner of tract a, Deborah Leitner is the owner of tract b, and Michaela Holcomb and Agnes Hall are the owners of tract c.

You have been sued by the above-named Plaintiff and must answer the petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the date of the final hearing, or the Petition will be taken as true, and judgement for the Plaintiff, whereby reforming the deed to the Subject Property, determining the death of Faye Ilene Holcomb, determining the heirs and whom is entitled to take the real and personal property of Faye Ilene Holcomb and granting rights to the subject properties accordingly.

Notice is hereby given that the 27th day of August, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the time for hearing said Petition herein at the District Court, in the Courthouse of Garfield County, Oklahoma, all heirs, creditors, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, of Faye Ilene Holcomb, deceased; are to appear before the court at the time and location specified above to submit to the court evidence that is competent to establish heirship of such deceased person and all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.
