OF HEIRS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVE to all persons interested in the Estate of YOKO SUGIYAMA BULLARD, Deceased, that on the 29th day of May, 2026, SHERYL KAY WINBOLT produced and filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing dated August 28, 2025, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of YOKO SUGIYAMA BULLARD, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to SHERYL KAY WINBOLT, and that the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent be determined for purposes of filing waivers or consents as permitted by law.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 18th day of June, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., in the District Court Room at the Garfield County Courthouse, Enid, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for proving said Will and hearing said Petition and all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.
