Burke, Deceased, having filed in this Court his final account of the administration of said Estate and Petition for order allowing same, determination of heirs, distribution and for final discharge of said Personal Representative, the hearing of the same has been set by the Court for the 14th day of July, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the courtroom of said District Court in the Garfield County Courthouse in Enid, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said Estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs of said Vicki C. Burkes a/k/a Vicki C. Burke, Deceased, determined, said Estate distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.

Phillips University, Inc., CV-2026-82 by Plaintiff, The Estate of Donis B. Lovell. This summons by publication is specifically directed to Phillips University, Inc., whose whereabouts are unknown.

The nature of this suit against you is a declaratory judgment/quiet title action.

Unless you answer the Petition on or before August 10, 2026, judgment will be taken in favor of The Estate of Donis B. Lovell and against Phillips University adjudging that Phillips University has no estate or interest in the Real Property owned by the Estate of Donis B. Lovell.
