This matter came on for consideration before me, the undersigned Judge of the District Court, for an Order authorizing service by publication in this case. The Petitioner, Vanessa Lee Stittsworth, appeared through her attorney, Dalen D. McVay. The Court, upon review of the Affidavit for Publication for Petitioner and statements of counsel, is satisfied that after due diligence, service cannot be made upon the biological mother and father of the minor child by any other method. Service by publication on Valerie Hedges and John Anzalone is warranted in this case.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that service be had upon the biological mother, Valerie Hedges, and biological father, John Anzalone, by publication one (1) day a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper authorized by law to publish legal notice in the country.
