RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2025-2026 GOLF FUND BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,000.00 TO INCREASE THE 2025-2026 APPROPRIATED AMOUNTS FOR THE GOLF DEPARTMENT.

WHEREAS, the appropriated amounts for the 2025-2026 Golf Fund must be increased by $60,000.00 to cover cost of inventory purchases, due to higher than projected sales quantities at Meadowlake Golf Course Pro Shop; and

WHEREAS, funds are available in the Golf Fund to provide the necessary funding from the sale of the inventory items;

AND NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF ENID, OKLAHOMA, THAT THE CITY OF ENID 2025-2026 GOLF FUND BUDGET BE AMENDED TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE GOLF DEPARTMENT:

FUND 22 GOLF FUND

Golf Department $60,000.00

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KRISTINA JAYLENE PUMPHREY, DEBORAH DIANNE KRAEUTNER, and MEICHELLE LEANN COLVILLE, Co-Executors of the estate of HENRY JEFFERSON CHAMBERS, deceased (“Petitioners”) have filed in the above court and cause, showing that the estate is ready for final settlement, and petitioning that the residue of the estate be distributed to the persons thereunto entitled thereto, and that the 16th day of July, 2026, at 9:00a.m., in the District Courtroom, in Enid, in Garfield County, Oklahoma, has been fixed as the time and place for hearing thereof, when any person interested in the estate may appear and contest the same as provided by law. A copy of said Petition is being mailed to all heirs, devisees and legatees known to Petitioners with this Notice.
