NOW, on this 11th day of June, 2026, Jack Miles McFadden, having filed in this Court his Petition for Letters of Administration and for Determination of Heirship, alleging that Jack Leroy McFadden, Jr. died intestate on or about May 27, 2026, leaving real and personal property within the jurisdiction of this Court, and praying for the appointment of Jack Miles McFadden as Personal Representative of the Estate;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petition for Letters of Administration and for Determination of Heirship be and is hereby set for hearing on the 21st day of July, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. of said day, before The Honorable Sean Hill, Judge of the District Court, in District Courtroom, in the Garfield County District Courthouse, City of Enid, County of Garfield, Oklahoma, when and where any person interested in the estate may appear and contest the Petition by filing written opposition thereto on the ground of incompetence of the applicant, or may assert his own rights to the administration and pray the Letters be issued to himself.
