NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Rex Alan Harmon, Deceased, that Katie Ann Patton and Ryan Alan Harmon produced and filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said Decedent, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Katie Ann Patton and Ryan Alan Harmon.

Said Petition further prays that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent be determined with respect to waiver procedures as provided by the applicable statutes of the State of Oklahoma.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 9:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of June, 2026, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will, in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said date, in the County Courthouse in the city of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.

THIS BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO KRISTOPHER J. GRIFFIN FROM CORY L. WEBER AND SKYE L. WEBER, TRUSTEES OF THE CORY L. WEBER AND SKYE L. WEBER TRUST DATED JULY 10, 2014 IN A DEED DATED JULY 29, 2015 AND RECORDED JULY 30, 2015 IN BOOK 2251 PAGE 276.

subject to unpaid taxes, assessments, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, and prior security interests in fixtures, if any, said property having been appraised at $180,000. Sale will be made pursuant to order of sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma.

Pursuant to judgment, Plaintiff reserves the right to recall the Special Execution and Order of Sale and to cancel this scheduled sale orally or in writing at any time prior to sale without notice or leave of Court. In the absence of Plaintiff’s representative at the sale, the subject property will not be sold on the date set forth above.
