NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 21st day of May, 2026, Levi Karcher filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition praying for judicial determination of heirship, waiver of filing a General Inventory and Appraisement and all annual and final accountings herein, and that Letters of Administration issue to Levi Karcher as Personal Representative upon the estate of Delores Mae Tockey, deceased.

And pursuant to an Order of said Court the 9th day of June, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., in the District Courthouse in the City of Enid, Garfield County Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, when and where any person interested in said estate may contest said petition as provided by law, or may assert his own right to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to Levi Karcher.

Wilton, the Executors named in said will, and that the Court make a judicial determination of the heir of the said decedents, and waive the filing of a general inventory and appraisement and of all annual and final accounting herein.
