NOTICE OF EXCESS FUNDS
COMES NOW The Security National Bank of Enid, Oklahoma, a national banking association, Plaintiff in the above-entitled cause, and gives notices to all parties or counsel of record that, at Sheriff’s Sale conducted on April 29, 2026, the real property subject to this action was sold to Stacy Phillips and Marion Phillips for the bid of $108,100.00. Pursuant to the Order Confirming Sale and Order of Disbursement of Proceeds, the proceeds from the Sheriff’s Sale were disbursed as set forth in the Order. After disbursement, there is left on deposit with the Court Clerk of Garfield County, Oklahoma, the sum of $18,507.85.
The parties are hereby notified that said funds are available, and action made by such parties to establish an interest in said excess funds by Motion, Notice, and a hearing. The moving party should notify all other interested parties and/or attorneys of record, in writing, and set for hearing any such Motion to determine such interest in said excess funds in accordance with the Judgment entered herein.
