NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of MYRTLE LOU WANZER, deceased, that on the 20th day of May, 2026, SHELLA WANZER, produced in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of MYRTLE LOU WANZER, deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition, together with a copy of said Will, praying for the probate of said Will, asking that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to SHELLA WANZER, as Personal Representative, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent pursuant to 58 Oklahoma Statutes Section 240.

Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 20th day of May, 2026, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11th day of June, 2026, the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M., the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.
