Notice is hereby given that TINA COLWELL, the duly appointed and qualified Personal Representative of the Estate of Paul L. Roberts, Deceased, has returned and presented for confirmation, and filed in said Court her Return of Sale of the following described real property of said Estate, to wit:

Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Block Twenty-five (25), Steel Plant Addition to the City of Enid, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.

to JOSE CARLOS ALVARADO for the sum of One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) and that on the 9th day of June, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. of said day, at the court room of the District Court in the Courthouse in the City of Enid, in said County of Garfield, State of Oklahoma, aforesaid has been duly appointed by said Court for hearing said Return, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and file his or her exceptions in writing to said Return and contest the same, and are hereby referred to said Return for further particulars.

WHEREAS, KATHERINE POKORNY, Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF EDNA JOLENE TAYLOR, deceased, having filed in this Court a Petition for Determination of Heirship and Distribution showing that said estate is ready to be distributed and the residue of said estate be distributed to the persons entitled thereto, she to be discharged from said trust, and that the sureties be released from further liability.
