You and each of you, are notified that the Plaintiff in the above-entitled and numbered cause has filed its Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale herein, seeking confirmation by the Court of the Sheriff’s Sale held in this cause on the 29th day of April 2026, upon the real property described as follows:
Lot Four (4), Block Fifteen (15), Replat of Blocks 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19, GARLAND ADDITION to the City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. (hereafter the “subject property”);
and that said Motion has been set for hearing on the 8th day of June 2026, at 2:00 o’clock p.m., before the Honorable Lance Schneiter in such Judge’s courtroom at the Garfield County Courthouse, Enid, Oklahoma.
You and each of you, are further notified to be present for said hearing at said date, time and place and show cause, if any, why said Motion should not be sustained and said sale confirmed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Norma D. Kaiser, Deceased, that on the 7th day of May, 2026, Clyde M. Kaiser a/k/a Marty Kaiser, filed in the Garfield County District Court a Petition praying for Admission of Decedent’s Last Will and Testament, Appointment of Personal Representative, and that the heirs, devisees and legatees of Norma D. Kaiser, Deceased, be determined under the provisions of the Oklahoma Statutes.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 26th day of May, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the date and time for hearing said Petition, at the District Court in the Garfield County Courthouse, 114 W. Broadway Ave., Enid, Oklahoma 73701, when all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law, and assert their rights as an heir of Norma D. Kaiser, Deceased.
