Now, on this 7th day of April, 2026, the Personal Representative, has filed herein a Return of Sale of Property showing that under the authority to sale granted to him/her, said Personal Representative has sold, subject to confirmation by this Court, the following described property situated in Count of County of Garfield, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
1/2 interest in: Lots Eleven (11) through Twenty-three (23), Block Twenty-seven (27), Loewen’s Addition to the Town of Douglas, Oklahoma.
The sale is being made to Dariel A. Edwards, for the gross sum of $6,500.00, of which the estate is entitled to 1/2 of the gross sum or $3,250.00 in cash, cashier’s, or certified check at the time of closing after confirmation of this sale by the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma. Said Return of Sale of Property is on file herein, and the Personal Representative has requested a hearing on said Return.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Return of Sale be and hereby is set for hearing on the 30th day of April 2026, at 9:00 a.m. before the undersigned Judge in the District Courtroom of the Garfield County Courthouse, Oklahoma, and that notice of the time and place of said hearing be given by one (1) publication in a newspaper published in Garfield County, Oklahoma, said publication to be at least ten (10) days before the date of said hearing, and by mailing as required by law.

AEBI, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to JOHN W. AEBI, and that the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent be determined for purposes of filing waivers or consents as permitted by law.
