A copy of said Report is attached to this Notice marked Exhibit “A.”

PROPERTY B

SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY in and to: THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW/4) OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 4 WEST, GARFIELD COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, hereinafter referred to as the “Property B”, could not be partitioned in kind and appraising said surface interest only of all said real property at $368,000.00 for the Property. A copy of said Report is attached to this Notice marked Exhibit A”.

You are further notified that the time limit for filing an exception to said Commissioners Report or for filing an election to take property at the appraisement thereof is not later than Twenty (20) days from the date you receive this Notice.
