NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estates of George Burton Sands a/k/a George B. Sands and Clara Victoria Sands a/k/a Clara V. Sands, Deceased, that on the 6th day of April, 2026, David Sands filed in the Garfield County District Court a Petition praying for Estate Administration, Appointment of Personal Representative, and that the heirs of George Burton Sands a/k/a George B. Sands and Clara Victoria Sands a/k/a Clara V. Sands, Deceased, be determined under the provisions of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 5th day of May, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the date and time for hearing said Petition, at the District Court in the Garfield County Courthouse, 114 W. Broadway, Enid, Oklahoma., when all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law, and assert their rights as an heir of George Burton Sands a/k/a George B.
