NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Linda Jo Harris, Deceased, that on the 4th day of March, 2026, Kristi Brooks produced in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument, in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Linda Jo Harris, Deceased, and has also filed a Petition in this Court praying for the probate of the Will, asking that Letters Testamentary be issued to Kristi Brooks upon the Estate of Linda Jo Harris, Deceased, and requesting this Court determine the identity of all the heirs-at-law, devisees and legatees of Decedent.

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the 31st day of March, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M., of that day, has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge of the District Court, in the Garfield County Courthouse, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same by filing written opposition thereto on the ground of incompetency of the applicant, or may assert their own rights to the administration and pray the Letters be issued to them.

Koehn, deceased, with a Petition praying that the Will be admitted to probate, that Larry Ray Koehn and Judy Gail Mann, the persons named as the Co-Personal Representatives in the Will, be appointed Co-Personal Representatives of the estate, that the Court enter an order waiving the filing of an inventory and appraisal, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to Larry Ray Koehn and Judy Gail Mann.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That said Petition be and hereby is set for hearing on the 31st day of March, 2026 at 9:00 o’clock A.M., in District Courtroom, Garfield County Courthouse 114 W. Broadway, Enid, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
