RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2025-2026 WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,402,893.00 TO INCREASE THE 2025-2026 APPROPRIATED AMOUNTS FOR THE WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, funding will provide funding to award a contract for Project Number W-2609C – Ames Raw Water Transmission Main Slip Line Rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, the appropriated amounts for the 2025-2026 Water Capital Improvement Department in the Water Capital Improvement Fund must be increased by an additional $23,402,893.00 to provide funding for W-2609C – Ames Raw Water Transmission Main Slip Line Rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, funds of $10,000,000.00 will be provided through an Oklahoma Department of Commerce P3 grant award to provide funding; and
WHEREAS, funds of $4,000,000.00 will be provided through an United States Department of Housing and Urban Development congressional appropriation to provide funding; and
WHEREAS, funds of $9,402,893.00 will be provided through a low-cost Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) loan FAP-26-0004-L to provide funding;
AND NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF ENID, OKLAHOMA, THAT THE CITY OF ENID 2025-2026 BUDGET BE AMENDED TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT DEPARTMENT:

RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE 2025-2026 FISCAL FINANCIAL PLAN FOR THE ENID MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,402,893.00.
WHEREAS, the financial plan for the 2025-2026 Enid Municipal Authority Operations Department must be increased by $9,402,893.00 to transfer to the Water Capital Improvement Fund, Water Capital Improvement Department to provide funding for W-2609C – Ames Raw Water Transmission Main Slip Line Rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, a low-cost Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) loan FAP-26-0004-L is available to provide the funding;
WHEREAS, the appropriated amounts for the 2025-2026 Enid Municipal Authority fiscal financial plan in the Enid Municipal Authority Operations Department must be increased by $9,402,893.00 to provide funding to award the change order;
AND NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE ENID MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, THAT THE ENID MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY 2025-2026 FISCAL FINANCIAL PLAN BE INCREASED IN THE FOLLOWING AMOUNTS:

WHEREAS, the appropriated amounts for the 2025-2026 General Fund Transfers Department in the General Fund must be increased by an additional $14,000,000.00 to provide funding for W-2609C – Ames Raw Water Transmission Main Slip Line Rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, an Oklahoma Department of Commerce P3 grant of $10,000,000.00 has been awarded; and
WHEREAS, an United States Department of Housing and Urban Development congressional appropriation of $4,000,000.00 has been awarded; and
WHEREAS, funds will be transferred from the General Fund to the Water Capital Improvement Fund to provide the necessary funding;
