NOTICE OF ELECTION

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:

OWNERS OF ALL LANDS LOCATED IN THE BLACK BEAR CONSERVANCY DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, IN GARFIELD, NOBLE AND PAWNEE COUNTIES, OKLAHOMA, ON WHICH APPRAISED BENEFITS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED, AND THE OKLAHOMA WATER RESOURCES BOARD, GREETINGS:

An election will be held in the Courtroom of the District Court of Noble County, Oklahoma, in the County Courthouse at Perry, Oklahoma, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on the 30th day of April, 2026, for the purpose of electing one Director to the Board of Directors of the Black Bear Conservancy District of the State of Oklahoma, in Garfield, Noble and Pawnee Counties, said Director to be elected for a term of three (3) years to the 30th day of April, 2029, to replace JOE STRELLER whose term of office expires on the 12th day of April, 2026, or such date his successor is elected and qualified as provided by law, the term of said elected Director to commence on the date of the election.

Guardians may represent their wards; executors, administrators and personal representatives may represent estates of deceased persons and private corporations may be represented by their officers or duly authorized agents and any City, County or municipality may be represented by their officers or agents duly authorized.
