Notice is hereby given that in pursuant to the authority granted to the Guardian of Sharon D. Clinton, Ward, on the 10th day of April 2026 at 11:00 a.m., the Guardian will sell at private sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, all the right, title, and interest of Sharon D. Clinton has by operation of law or otherwise acquired in and to the following property situated in the County of Garfield, State of Oklahoma, described as follows, to wit:

a. Lot Two (2), Block Five (5), Neilson Place Sixth Addition to the City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.

TO: All persons interested in the Estates of Owen Larry Rogers and Joan Lawrence Rogers, deceased.

You are hereby notified that the Petitioner, JPMorgan Chase, N.A., filed in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that Owen Larry Rogers died testate on June 26, 2019, domiciled and residing in Dallas County, Texas, that the total value of the decedent’s property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00, and the only heirs, administrators, executors, devisees, and legatees of Owen Larry Rogers are Joan Lawrence Rogers, deceased; JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., Trustee of the Dr. Larry and Mrs. Joan Rogers Trust U/W of Owen Larry Rogers, 1900 N. Akard St., 6th Floor, Dallas, TX 75201; and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., 1900 N. Akard St., 6th Floor, Dallas, TX 75201.

In regard to the Estate of Joan Lawrence Rogers, deceased, Petitioner has alleged that Joan Lawrence Rogers died testate on June 11, 2025, domiciled and residing in Dallas County, Texas, that the total value of the decedent’s property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00, and the only heirs, administrators, executors, devisees, and legatees of Joan Lawrence Rogers are JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., Trustee of the Dr. Larry and Mrs. Joan Rogers Trust U/W of Owen Larry Rogers, 1900 N. Akard St., 6th Floor, Dallas, TX 75201; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., 1900 N. Akard St., 6th Floor, Dallas, TX 75201; Emily Susan Lawrence Carlson, 850 Govern Cir., Saint Paul, MN 55123; and Anne Katherine Lawrence O’Rourke, 6944 Archer Trail, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077.

All creditors having claims against Owen Larry Rogers and Joan Lawrence Rogers, deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all securities and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claims, to the Petitioner, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., c/o Timothy C. Dowd, Two Leadership Square, 211 North Robinson, Suite 1300, Oklahoma City, OK 73102, no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice, or the same will be forever barred.

Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on May 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the Garfield County Courthouse, 114 W. Broadway Ave 2nd Floor, Enid, Oklahoma 73701 before Judge Sean K. Hill. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration.

You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge at any time before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you do not need to appear at the hearing or make any filing with the Court.

If any objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the Will filed herein shall be admitted to probate, and whether the summary administration proceedings are appropriate and if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom.
