OF LAND UNDER EXECUTION

TO: MARK LEVI CARIKER; JANET ROE (real name unknown), spouse, if any of Mark Levi Cariker; OCCUPANTS OF THE PREMISES; COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT ASSOCIATION, INC.

Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of April, 2026, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., at the South Doors, of the Garfield County Courthouse in Enid, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes and superior special assessments on the following described real property, to-wit:

LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK NINE (9), WALLACE’S SECOND SOUTHMOOR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ENID, GARFIELD COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

Property Address: 1322 W. Wallace Drive; Enid, OK 73703

Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the office of the Court Clerk in and for Garfield County Oklahoma, and pursuant to judgment for Plaintiff as follows:

FIRST: The costs of said action accrued and accruing;

SECOND: The judgment and first lien of the Plaintiff, in the amount of $16,903.99 with interest accrued thereon through July 30, 2025, in the amount of $644.23 and accruing thereafter at the rate of 5.750% per annum until paid; preservation expenses, accrued and accruing; a sum for abstracting expenses, accrued and accruing; and an attorney’s fee, plus costs, with interest thereon at the same rate, until paid.

The property has been duly appraised in the sum of $55,000.

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in pursuance of a special execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, on March 12, 2026, in an action wherein Security National Bank of Enid, a national banking association, was Plaintiff, and John R. Underwood and Kelly D. Underwood, et al, were Defendants, directed to me, the Sheriff of Garfield County, Oklahoma, commanding me to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Garfield County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lot Twenty (20), Block Six (6), Prairie Ridge Addition to the City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof Address: 1401 Beverly Drive, Enid, OK

to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure obtained and made in said Court on March 12, 2026, in favor of Security National Bank of Enid, a national banking association, against John R. Underwood, in the sum of amount of $53,047.76 in principal, plus interest in the amount of $854.62 as of January 2, 2026, plus interest continuing to accrue at the contract rate from January 2, 2026, until the date of judgment, plus late fees in the amount of $85.41, plus attorney fees and costs, plus late charges accrued and accruing, plus advances for taxes and insurance during the pendency of this action, and court costs herein, plus post-judgment interest on all amounts at the default contract rate or the statutory rate, whichever is the greater, until paid; and all other proper relief, plus post-judgment interest at the contract rate or the statutory rate on all amounts, whichever is the greater; I, the Sheriff of Garfield County, will on the 29th day of April, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., of said day at the South door of the Garfield County Courthouse at 114 West Broadway Avenue, in Enid, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $75,000.

The names of any persons or unknown successors of any person whose actual addresses are unknown who have an interest in said property are: John R. Underwood, if living, if deceased, his unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, if any
