Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of ALBERT A. BEEBE, deceased, that on the 23rd day of March, 2026 Jeraldine F. Beebe filed a petition with this court praying that she be appointed the Personal Representative the Estate of ALBERT A. BEEBE, deceased, that the Last Will and Testament of ALBERT A. BEEBE be admitted to probate, and that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said ALBERT A. BEEBE be determined by the court, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to Jeraldine F. Beebe;

Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 23rd day of March, 2026, notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of April, 2026, the petition will be heard on the second floor of the Garfield County Courthouse, Enid, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
