Buckner, Jr., filed in the Garfield County District Court a Petition praying for Admission of Decedent’s Last Will and Testament, Appointment of Personal Representative, and that the heirs, devisees and legatees of Dale Buckner a/k/a Dale Lee Buckner, Deceased, be determined under the provisions of the Oklahoma Statutes.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 31st day of March, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the date and time for hearing said Petition, at the District Court in the Garfield County Courthouse, 114 W.
