Notice is hereby given that Linda Jackson, Personal Representative of the Estate of Karl Wayne Girty, Deceased, having filed in this Court her Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Order of Distribution and Discharge of said Personal Representative, the hearing of the same has been set by the Court for Thursday, the 26th day of March, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., at the courtroom of said Garfield County District Court in the Courthouse at 114 W. Broadway Ave., Enid, State of Oklahoma 73701, and all persons interested in said Estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said account should not be settled and allowed, said Estate distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.

COMBINED NOTICE

PURSUANT TO 58 O.S. § 241

Combined Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Paul Byron Russell, Deceased, and Patricia May Russell, Deceased, that having been filed by the Petitioner a Petition for Probate of the Decedents’ Last Wills, and Appointment of Executor and Administrator and Determination of Heirs; and said Wills admitted to probate, determination of heirs made, and executor and administrator appointed by this Court on March 10, 2026, that the regular proceedings be dispensed pursuant to 58 O.S. §241, and that hearing on the final accounts, determination of heirship, distribution and discharge be set for hearing and combined with notice to creditors herein.

Notice is hereby given that the Final Accounting, Petition for Distribution and Discharge will be heard by this Court in the District Court of Garfield County Courthouse, 114 W. Broadway Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma, 73701 before the Honorable Judge Sean Hill on the 30th day of April, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock A.M. Final Accounting and Petition for Distribution shall be filed on or before the 17th day of April, 2026 and available by undersigned counsel, court record, and oscn.net.

Any person receiving this notice or any interested party may file objections to the Final Account and Petition for Distribution and Discharge at any time before the final hearing, along with a copy sent to the Petitioner’s undersigned attorney, or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections. At such hearing, the Court will hear the objection(s) or will set the matter for further hearing. If no objections are made, the Court will grant the relief requested in the Final Account and Petition for Distribution and Discharge.

All persons having claims against Patricia May Russell, Deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Executor of the estate of Patricia May Russell, at the law offices of Christian M. Zeaman, P.C., 16362 Muirfield Place, Edmond, Oklahoma 73013, on or before the following presentment date: 15th day of April, 2026, or within thirty (30) days after publication of this combined notice, whichever is later. Any claim against Patricia May Russell not made on or before such date shall be nonsuited and forever barred.

All persons having claims against Paul Byron Russell, Deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Administrator of the Paul Byron Russell, at the law offices of Christian M.
