NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all heirs, legatees and devisees of Violet L. Mitchell, Deceased (hereinafter called “decedent”), that on the 2nd day of February, 2026, Stephen W. Perigo (hereinafter called “petitioner”) produced and filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the decedent, and also filed a Petition praying that the Will be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to Petitioner, that the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent be determined for purposes of filing waivers and consents as permitted by law, and that the Personal Representative be relieved from the duty of returning to the Court an inventory and appraisement of the estate of the decedents and posting a bond in this matter.

Pursuant to an Order of the Court, notice is hereby given that the 3rd day of March, 2026, at 9:00 p.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition and proving the Will, at the Garfield County Courthouse, in Enid, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.

AND NOTICE OF HEARING

TO: All persons interested in the Estate of Bert Leon Hinderliter, deceased

You are hereby notified that on February 3rd, 2026, the Petitioner, Mary Beth Hinderliter, whose address is 2013 Birch, Enid, Oklahoma, 73701, filed in the District Court of Garfield County a Petition for Summary Administration and for Appointment of Special Administrator. The Petitioner has alleged that Bert Leon Hinderliter, at the age of 73 years, died on May 3, 2025, domiciled in and residing in Enid, Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, and that the probable value of the decedent’s property is $80,000.00. The Petitioner has alleged that the decedent died intestate and has asked that this Court distribute the decedent’s estate pursuant to the laws of intestate succession for the State of Oklahoma and other summary proceedings pursuant to Okla. Stat. Ann. Tit. 58, §245, et seq.

In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law, and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration and for Appointment of Special Administrator and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution of Property.

Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Bert Leon Hinderliter, deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, Mary Beth Hinderliter, 2013 E. Birch, Enid, Oklahoma, 73701, on or before March 17th, 2026, or the same will be forever barred.

Notice is hereby given that a final hearing will be held on April 4th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Garfield County Courthouse located a 114 W Broadway Ave., Enid, Oklahoma 73701 before the Honorable Judge Hill. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and for Appointment of Special Administrator and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution of Property of the Petitioner. The Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution of Property will be filed herein on or before April 2nd, 2026.

You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and for Appointment of Special Administrator and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution of Property at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner, Mary Beth Hinderliter, 2013 E. Birch Enid, Oklahoma 73701, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.

If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
