Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of James Leroy Crabtree, Deceased; Shawnna C. Paine has filed a Petition requesting that the estate of James Leroy Crabtree, Deceased, be probated in testacy (with a Will), and asking that Letters of Personal Representative be issue to Shawnna C. Paine as Personal Representative of the Estate, that a determination of heirs be made, and the filing of an inventory, the appointment of appraisers, and the filing and presentment of a formal annual and final accounting be waived.
Notice is hereby given that the 19th day of February, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the time for hearing said Petition, appointing Personal Representative, and determining the items provided for herein at the District Court, in the Courthouse of Garfield County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.

GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, in the above styled and numbered cause, by the above named Plaintiff, in which action Plaintiff has filed his Petition praying for judgment against you, determining that Plaintiff is the owner of the Property and in sole and exclusive possession of the Property situated in the Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
A tract of land in the S.E. quarter of Section 18, Twp 23 North, Range 6 W.I.M described as follows: Beginning at a point, 133 linear feet N. of the S.E. corner of Section 18 Twp., 23N, Range 6 WIM, thence North 300 linear feet, along the east line of section 18, Twp. 23N., Range 6 WIM, thence South 89°-50’-0” West a distance of 183 linear feet to the N.W. corner of said tract, thence south a distance of 300 linear feet, thence north 89°-50’-0” East a distance of 183 linear feet to the point to beginning. Said tract contains one and twenty-six hundredths acres (1.260).
and for further judgment determining that the Defendant, as set out in the caption of this case has no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment, or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to the property, and cancelling and removing the purported claims of said Defendant as clouds upon the Plaintiff’s title thereto, and quieting and confirming the Plaintiff’s title in and to the said hereinabove described real property.
You must answer the Petition of the Plaintiff herein on or before the 20th day of March, 2026, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered against you, as prayed for in said Petition, and as set forth in this notice.
