NO. 2. DESCRIPTION: Olive Township - Lots One (1) and Two (2) and the South Half (S/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Five (5), Township Twenty-two (22) North, Range Three West (3W) of the Indian Meridian of Garfield County, Oklahoma, 156 acres more or less

NO. 3. DESCRIPTION: Lincoln Township - Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Twenty-two (22) North, Range Four (4), W.I.M. Garfield County, Oklahoma, 159 acres more or less

NO. 4. DESCRIPTION: Lincoln Township - Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Twenty-two (22) North, Range Four (4), West of the Indian Meridian, LESS AND EXCEPT: A strip of land One hundred (100) feet wide, the same to extend Fifty (50) feet on each side of the center line of the railway bed or track through, over, across and upon the South East Quarter of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Twenty-two (22) North of Range Four (4) West of the Indian Meridian; AND LESS AND EXCEPT: A tract of land situated in the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Twenty-two (22) North, Range Four (4) West of the I.M., Garfield County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said SE/4; thence West (N.90° 00’W.) along the south line of said SE/4, 2628.85 feet to the SW corner of said SE/4; thence N.0°11’07”W. along the west line of said SE/4, 1375.88 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of the S.L. & S.F. NO. 5. DESCRIPTION: Union Township - South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S/2 SE/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Twenty-three (23) North, Range Five (5), West of the Indian Meridian, Garfield County, Oklahoma, 80 acres more or less

for the following reasons and purposes: To provide income and to preserve the value of said real property since it is used primarily for agricultural purposes and the Ward is incapable of actively farming said real property.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons interested in the estate of Verlon Roggow, appear before the Court of the County of Garfield, State of Oklahoma, in the Courtroom thereof, City of Enid, said county and state, on the 17th day of March 2026, at 9:30 A.M. of said date, then and there to show cause, if any they have, why an order as prayed for in said Petition should not be granted to the said Guardian to lease said real property of the said Ward for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said Petition.

IT IS THE FURTHER ORDER of the Court that copies of this Order be mailed to all heirs, legatees, devisees, guardians, next of kin thereof, and to the Ward, with postage thereon prepaid at their last known address not less than ten (10) days, nor more than thirty (30) days prior to the hearing set herein.
