Notice is hereby given that Katherine Nicholas, the duly appointed and qualified Personal Representative of the Estate of David Nicholas, Deceased, has returned and presented for confirmation, and filed in said Court her Return of sale of the following described real property of said Estate, to wit:
A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Two (2), Township Twenty-Two (22) North, Range Seven (7), West of the Indian Meridian, Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northeast Quarter (NE/4), being 1011.5 feet West of the Northeast corner of the above-described Northeast Quarter (NE/4); thence South a distance of 1,591.3 feet to the Northeasterly right-of-way of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Co.; thence proceeding Northwesterly along the above-described Northeasterly railway right-of-way line a distance of 2,278.7 feet to the intersection of the North right-of-way line of the above-described Northeast Quarter (NE/4) with the above mentioned Northeast right-of-way line of the above-described St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Co.; thence East along the North line of said Northeast Quarter (NE/4) a distance of 1,590 feet to the point of beginning; Except for a tract of land that is described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the North right-of-way line of the above Northeast Quarter (NE/4) and the Northeast right-of-way line of the above St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Co. (this point of beginning is also described as being 40 feet South of the North line and 83.5 feet East of the West line of the said Northeast Quarter (NE/4)); thence Southeasterly along the above Northeast railroad right-of-way line a distance of 310 feet; thence Northeasterly on a 90 degree angle to the left a distance of 160 feet; thence Northwesterly on a 90 degree angle to the left a distance of 45.5 feet; thence North a distance of 73 feet to the North right-of-way line of the above Northeast Quarter (NE/4); thence West on a 90 degree angle to the left along the above North right-of-way line a distance of 300 feet to the point of beginning
To Green Acres Farms, LLC, for the sum of Seven Thousand Ten Dollars ($7,010.00), and that on the 5th day of March, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, at the court room of the District Court in the Courthouse in the City of Enid in said County of Garfield and State aforesaid has been duly appointed by said Court for hearing said Return, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and file their exceptions in writing to said Return and contest the same, and are hereby referred to said Return for further particulars.
