NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Sherwin H. Ratzlaff, Deceased, that on January 29th, 2026, Carolyn F. Ratzlaff produced and filed in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing dated September 19, 2024, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, that she be appointed as Personal Representative, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to Carolyn F. Ratzlaff, and that the Court enter its order waiving the necessity for filing of inventory.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 19th day of February, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will in the District Courtroom of the Garfield County Courthouse at 114 West Broadway Avenue, in Enid, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.
