TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff has filed herein its Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale in the above-entitled cause. That said Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale will be heard before Judge Paul Woodward at the Garfield County Courthouse, on the 16th of March, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., on confirmation of sale of the following described property:
The North Seventy-five (75) feet of Lots One (1) to Four (4), both inclusive, Block Twenty-eight (28) Portland Place Addition to the City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
You must appear before this Honorable Court at said time and present any objections to the said sale proceedings or the Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale will be sustained, and the sale confirmed.
