NOTICE TO CREDITORS

AND NOTICE OF HEARING

TO: All persons interested in the Estate of William J. Christie, II, Deceased

You are hereby notified that on 6th day of February 2026, the Petitioner, Karen Kreft Krull, whose address is 4605 Central Avenue, Western Springs, IL 60558, filed in the District Court of Garfield County, a Petition for Summary Administration, Admission of Foreign Will to Probate, Appointment of Personal Representative, and Determination of Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees. The Petitioner has alleged that William J. Christie, II, at the age of 81 years, died on June 2, 2025 domiciled in and residing in Dickinson County, State of Iowa, and that the probable value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is $10,000.00, leaving a Last Will and Testament, which was approved and allowed in Case No. 03301 ESPR015351 in the Iowa District Court in the Third Judicial District on June 30, 2025, as appears by a copy of said Will and the Order Admitting Will to Probate and Appointing Executor, all duly authenticated and filed herein.

In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law, and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for Hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, Admission of Foreign Will to Probate, Appointment of Personal Representative, and Determination of Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution of Property.

Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against William J. Christie, II, Deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, Karen Kreft Krull, c/o her attorney, Dustin E. Conner, at GUNGOLL, JACKSON, BOX & DEVOLL, P.C., 323 West Broadway Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma 73701, on or before March 26, 2026, or the same will be forever barred.

Notice is hereby given that a final hearing will be held on the 31st day of March, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Garfield County Courthouse located at 114 West Broadway Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma, before the Honorable Sean Hill. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration, Admission of Foreign Will to Probate, Appointment of Personal Representative, and Determination of Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution of Property of the Petitioner. The Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution of Property will be filed herein on or before March 27, 2026.

You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration, Admission of Foreign Will to Probate, Appointment of Personal Representative, and Determination of Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution of Property at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, Dustin E. Conner, of GUNGOLL, JACKSON, BOX & DEVOLL, P.C., 323 West Broadway Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma 73701, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.

If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
