Take notice that Michael Elliot Navid Rezaee has petitioned to change his name to Michael Davinus Navid Wolf.

A Hearing on said petition is set for 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the 23rd day of February, 2026, before Judge Sean K Hill in his courtroom in the Garfield County Courthouse. Should you know of some reason why this change of name should not be allowed you must file a written protest in the above styled and numbered cause prior to the above date with the Clerk of this Court. Should you fail to do so, the petition for change of name will be granted as prayed.

NOTICE is hereby given that Brandy Lynn Bort, Personal Representative of the estate of Jeffrey Alan Townsend, deceased, has made return to this court of, and presented for confirmation, sales made by her as such Personal Representative to the Carl and Karen Bea Mack Family Trust Dated March 21, 2025 for the sum of $360,000.00 cash, under power of sale granted in the Last Will and Testament of Jeffrey Alan Townsend, deceased, the following described real property situated in GARFIELD County, State of Oklahoma:

The Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Five (5), Township Twenty (20) North, Range Eight (8) W.I.M., Garfield County, Oklahoma

which return is on file herein, and that the 24th day of February, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock A.M. in the district court room in the court house in the city of Enid, in said county of Garfield, State of Oklahoma, has been appointed for said hearing such return, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and contest the same. Reference is hereby made to said return for further particulars.
