NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in pursuance of a special execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, on December 4, 2025, in an action wherein NBC Oklahoma was Plaintiff, and Ronald G. Dow and Sara Dow, et al, were Defendants, directed to me, the Sheriff of Garfield County, Oklahoma, commanding me to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Garfield County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lot Five (5), Block Three (3), Northwood 2nd Addition to Garfield County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.

Address: 17 Old Post Ln., Enid, OK 73703.

to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure obtained and made in said Court on September 2, 2025, in favor of NBC Oklahoma against the Defendants, Ronald G. Dow and Sara Dow, in the principal sum of $291,981.66, as of October 21, 2025, together with accrued interest thereon in the sum of $8,446.46 as of October 21, 2025, plus interest continuing to accrue at the current contract rate until paid, plus late fees in the sum of $1,130.91 as of October 21, 2025, plus attorney’s fees in the amount of $8,960.00, plus costs to date of $1,457.03, plus abstract or title report expenses, plus late charges accruing, plus advances for taxes and insurance during the pendency of this action, and court costs herein, plus post-judgment interest on all amounts at the contract rate or the statutory rate, whichever is the greater, until paid; future attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with collection of said indebtedness, plus post-judgment interest at the contract rate or the statutory rate on all amounts, whichever is the greater, from date of judgment until paid; I, the Sheriff of Garfield County, will on the 14th day of January 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., of said day at the South door of the Garfield County Courthouse at 114 West Broadway Avenue, in Enid, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $460,000.

The names of any persons or unknown successors of any person whose actual addresses are unknown who have an interest in said property are: NONE.
