You are notified that a hearing regarding Petitioner’s Petition for Appointment of Permanent Guardian of the Person and Property of Minor has been set for January 29, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma before the Honorable Jason A. Seigars. At such hearing, Petitioner will request an order granting guardianship of the minor child as described herein. Should you fail to appear at such hearing, the allegations set forth in Petitioner’s Petition for Appointment of Permanent Guardian of the Person and Property of Minor will be taken as true and the Court will enter orders granting guardianship of the minor child as described herein.
