DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: One-half (1/2) interest in and to Lot Eighteen (18), Block Thirty-nine (39), Heritage Hills Addition to the City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma known as 2813 Haystack Lane

PURCHASE PRICE: $66,500.00

PURCHASERS: M & H Rents, LLC

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: One-half (1/2) interest in and to Lot Eighteen (18), Block Thirty-nine (39), Heritage Hills Addition to the City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma known as 2813 Haystack Lane

PURCHASE PRICE: $85,000.00

as will more fully appear from said return filed as aforesaid, and to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.

AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the 18th day of November 2025, at 9:30 A.M. at the County Courtroom, Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, has been fixed for hearing the said return, when and where any person interested in said estate may appear and file written objections to the confirmation of the said sale, and may be heard and may produce witnesses in support of any such objections.
