NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Edith Ann Darnell, a/k/a Edith A. Hopkins Darnell, Deceased, that on December 2, 2025, Vicki L. Adkins produced and filed in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing dated November 29, 2023, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said Decedent, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, that she be appointed as Administratrix with Will Annexed (Personal Representative), that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent be determined by the Court, that Letters of Administration with Will Annexed be issued to Vicki L. Adkins, and that the Court enter its order waiving the necessity for filing of inventory. Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 16th day of December 2025, at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will in the District Courtroom of the Garfield County Courthouse at 114 West Broadway Avenue, in Enid, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.
